Portsmouth Health (PHL) is a new and innovative organisation dedicated to providing high quality NHS medical care to the people of Portsmouth, Hampshire and the South Coast.

Formed from a consortia of local GPs, Care UK and Ashley House plc, PHL seeks to capitalise on the new contracting arrangements emerging within the NHS, including APMS contracts, Any Willing Provider services and Social Enterprise organisations.

Portsmouth Health is dedicated to giving patients the best possible service, through the integration of local knowledge and understanding of patient needs that GPs possess, with the commercial skills, technical knowledge and economic muscle of private sector companies.
